Metro Hop is a Metroidvania Style Level Design that I tried for the first time and it turned out pretty good. The level offers challenging platforming, enemies lurking around, lock and key system, fast travel system with a little backtracking as well. core loops, meaningful player agency, and well-paced progression that support both
